Property Management

The development and maintenance of property is a major component of the principal’s duties. Its importance is reflected in the considerable time property takes to administer and the significant costs associated with it. Individual capital works projects are often project managed by outside consultants, but lower level requirements more often become the responsibility of the principal. Sometimes it is more efficient for the school if these are also contracted out.
