The support for principals to achieve to their potential within the context determined by a strategic direction is integral to effective school leadership. External facilitation of this process is an important support to school governance.

Package 1

With the principal, a performance agreement developed by the board chair:

  • Consultant interviews principal
  • Consultant interviews selected staff and trustees
  • Consultant writes end of year report

Package 2

With the principal, a performance agreement is developed by consultant:

  • Consultant interviews principal
  • Consultant interviews staff and trustees
  • Consultant writes end of year report (presentation to Board if required)
