With the principal, a performance agreement developed by the board chair:
- Consultant interviews principal
- Consultant interviews selected staff and trustees
- Consultant writes end of year report
Package 2
With the principal, a performance agreement is developed by consultant:
- Consultant interviews principal
- Consultant interviews staff and trustees
- Consultant writes end of year report (presentation to Board if required)
