Middle Management Training

The role of middle management in schools is complex and difficult. The requirements of operating a school is increasinglybecoming a shared responsibility. Training for these positions is essential if quality schooling is to be achieved and maintained. Inservice provision of taylor made programmes by external providers is an effective way to assure principal’s that quality training will lead to improved middle management effectiveness.

Package 1  

This provides an understanding and framework for middle management to develop their skills in the context of their own school. It is intended to ensure that their contribution is based upon both the needs of the school and skills and intersts of the management team. The extend and direction of this training is determined in consultation with the principal.
