Leadership Coaching

All principals need to be supported in the complex role of school leadership. New principals entering their roles for the first time or more experienced principals wishing to extend their leadership and management skills often benefit from the assistance of experienced external and professional advice and guidance. This is an individualised one-to-one and face-to-face support programme based on specific board / principal identified needs.

This includes general support and coaching held over 5 two hour sessions.

Package 2

This includes general support and coaching held over 8 two hour sessions.
