International Fee-Paying Students

The provision of a programme for international fee-paying students has many cultural and financial benefits for a school. Increasingly overseas primary and secondary students are looking to New Zealand for educational and lifestyle opportunities that cannot be found in their homelands.

This provides the resources and the processes through which a school becomes a signatory to the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students. It details the requirements for the provision of educational programmes and home-stay facilities and gives advice on the employment of agents and the recruitment of students.
